This page is deliberately lean: simply opening it loads nothing from any third party. What is processed regardless is set out below.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; represented in the EU by Cloudflare Germany GmbH). When the page is requested, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, time of request, resource requested, referrer, user agent and volume transferred. This processing is required to deliver and protect the site.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, performant operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; transfers to third countries rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Fonts
The typefaces used (Inter, Fraunces) are served locally from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no data is transmitted to third parties when the fonts load.
4. Appointment booking via Cal.eu
A booking calendar can be displayed on the home page. It is provided by Cal.eu (Cal.com, Inc., EU instance) and loads only after you actively click the "Book a call" button. Before that no connection to Cal.eu takes place and no data is sent there.
Once you click, your browser transmits the data needed to load the calendar (including your IP address) to Cal.eu. If you then book, Cal.eu processes the details you enter (name, e-mail address, optionally the reason for the meeting, time zone) in order to arrange the appointment.
The legal basis for loading the calendar is your consent, given by the deliberate click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); for the booking itself, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
5. Analytics (only with consent)
To improve this site I use PostHog. PostHog is loaded only after your explicit consent; without consent nothing is measured and no analytics cookies are set. Data is processed in PostHog's EU instance and delivered via a subdomain. Pseudonymised usage data is collected (pages viewed, time on page, clicks on the booking button, approximate country-level location, device type).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future:
6. Contact by e-mail
If you contact me by e-mail, I process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The mail service runs on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent already given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority here is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany.
