Frequently asked questions.
The questions companies actually ask — answered before the first call.
Does it run on our infrastructure?
Yes. Determa builds on your or EU infrastructure — no subprocessors, no third-country transfer, no black box.
Who operates the system after the project?
Your team. Every build ends with a handover — documentation, training, runbook. Operation packages are optional, not a lock-in.
What does it cost?
Fixed price per milestone with acceptance criteria agreed up front. Production rollouts typically 50,000–150,000 euros; a complete 85,000-euro sample scope is published on renezander.com.
Are you an agency?
No. Determa is founder-led: the person who designs the system delivers it. No sales team promising what another team has to keep.
We already have a vendor or a PoC — can you work with that?
Yes. The AI System Review independently checks an existing use case, PoC or vendor architecture for production-readiness — including a build-or-buy recommendation.
Does this satisfy the EU AI Act?
Determa engineers the technical duties into the system — genuine human oversight, a complete audit trail, data governance on your infrastructure. Engineering perspective, not legal advice.
Which AI vendors or models do you use?
Vendor-neutral. The right model, hosting and tooling are an outcome of the review — build-or-buy is a deliverable, not a foregone conclusion.
How fast do we see something working?
The intro call takes 30 minutes and ends with a concrete next step. Delivery runs in milestones — the first accepted milestone is typically weeks away, not quarters.
